For your own protection when returning any items, we request that you use Recorded Delivery and keep the tracking number safe until we are in receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us.
We aim to refund all returned items within two days of receipt.
We are sorry but we can only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
Please note that any orders returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from postal services by the customer will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
